ZRP 7075 Capped Double-Shear Rear Knuckles – Can-Am Maverick X3
Billet 7075-T6 rear-knuckle upgrade designed to place the middle radius rod in double shear and strengthen the rear suspension pivot structure on compatible Can-Am Maverick X3 applications.

Confirmed Fitment Notes
The original ZRP fitment notes confirm compatibility with Extreme Performance arms and new stock trailing arms. Bent or modified stock trailing arms may interfere.
The anti-rotation block is intended for racing applications and may not clear a stock trailing arm without trimming. Confirm the intended setup before installation.
Installation Notes
- ZRP specifies 200 ft-lb torque on the threaded knuckle cap using the supplied tool.
- Use anti-seize on the threaded cap.
ZRP's original product specification states the knuckle was tested beyond 72,000 lb of force. Treat this as the manufacturer's test claim, not a substitute for correct installation and inspection.
